It is with heavy hearts to say we had to say good bye to our beloved father, husband, son, uncle and friend.

Allen Dean Moulton was born March 18, 1954 in Heber City Utah to Dean And Glenna Moulton. He passed away November 11,2022 from the ugly disease of ALS.

He loved rodeo and right out of high school he went to Gary Laffew bull riding school in California with his buddy Chip Wright.

Allen worked for Park City Public Works for 29 years. Before that he spent many years as a carpenter. He was phenomenal with woodworking, even spending a year in Puerto Rico.

One of his passions was pheasant hunting with his sons and brother out in the basin. Many many great memories were made…. We will keep quiet about these :) He was also proud to be a hard rock miner and reminded us of that many times.

He had many dogs throughout this life and had a love for Springer Spaniel's. They were truly his best friends. In particular, Jake and Bud, but his most recent best friends were Bandit and Stubby.

When asked what he wanted said, just that he loved his family and his dogs! To describe him best is to say he was a "Simple Man".

He is survived by his wife Wendy, his children: Wes and Kyle Moulton and Patti Rose (Tyler), stepson James Mitchell. Grand children: Kya, Oakley, Mykah, Neison, Brennon and Maylee. His sister Diane (Tom) and brother Steve (Charice).

He was preceded in death by his parents Dean and Glenna Moulton.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at 12:45 PM at the Heber Valley Funeral Home, with a visitation from 12:00 to 12:45. Interment will be at the Heber City Cemetery following the service.
