BURLEY, Aug. 3--Charles Arthur Barigar, 64, died of a heart attack at 10 a.m. Monday at his home, 610 Oakley avenue.
He was born Jan. 26, 1889, In Columbus, Kans. As a boy he moved to Rawlings, Wyo. He attended schools in Kansas and Wyoming.
In 1907 he moved to Idaho, settling In Oakley. He married Elsie Whitaker Nov. 19, 1910, at Albion. They made their home in Oakley until 1943, when they moved to Burley.
He had been employed as a railroad worker, and at the time of his death was employed at the Burley flour mill.
He was a member of the Christian church.
Surviving are his widow, three daughters, Mrs. Thelma Hansen, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Amelia Smith, Oakley, and Mrs. Alice Harkness, Burley; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements will be made by Payne mortuary.
