Visitation will be from 9-10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Summers-Kistler Funeral Home in Olney. Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Oakwood Cemetery in Wilmington with Rev. David Lagos-Fonseca and Rev. Shirley Pulgar-Hughes officiating.
Mr. Stallard was born December 27, 1916, in Richland County, the son of Zina and Dencie (Fisher) Stallard. He married Florence Estella Hudson on January 31, 1944. She preceded him in death on April 7, 1993.
He was a chemical operator for Stepan Co. in Joliet. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran, serving in World War II. He was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars and American Legion.
Mr. Stallard is survived by his son, Theodore Stallard and his wife, Sharon, of Wilmington; daughter, Connie Juliano and her husband, James, of Mechanicville, N.Y.; grandchildren, Jolynn Sammons and her husband, Roy, of Coal City, Tim Stallard and his wife, Sandi, of Wilmington, Justin Juliano and his wife, Erin, of Broadview Heights, Ohio, and Kyle Juliano, of Mechanicville, N.Y.; and great-grandson, Rylan Stallard.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; daughter, Marilyn J. Sak; and brothers, George, Eldon and Cecil.
Memorials may be made to the donor's charity of choice.
