Ila F. Price, 88, of Jacksonville passed away Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at her home. She was born April 6, 1934 in Galva the daughter of James William and Beulah Smith Clevenger. She married Eugene Price on July 19, 1953 and he preceded her in death on January 16, 1991. She later married Richard Larson and he preceded her in death.
She is survived by her children, Beverly (Keith) Rowley of Sherman, Mark (Tammy) Price of Farmersville, Luanne (Trent) Cain and Phil (Stacy) Price both of Jacksonville; 5 grandchildren, Trisha Coonrod, Darren Price, Joe Bates, Mandi Bates and Tyler Cain; 8 great-grandchildren, Gracey, Johnny, and Annie Price, Calvin Coonrod, Jordan and Emma Hale, and Jacob, Jaycee and Presley Bates; her brother, James Clevenger of Henderson; her sister, Eunice (Ken) Chilman of Cobden and several nieces and nephews.
Ila was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was a member of Lincoln Avenue Baptist Church and enjoyed singing with the Sun Shine Singers.
The family will meet friends and family from 9:30-11:00 a.m. on Monday, November 28, 2022 at Williamson Funeral Home with a graveside service to follow at Diamond Grove Cemetery.
Memorials are suggested to Lincoln Avenue Baptist Church.
