THE NEWS DEMOCRAT, GEORGETOWN, OHIO - Reita McCormick Died Tuesday, February 12th, 2002: Reita M. McCormick, 79, of Mount Orab, Ohio, died Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2002, at Brown County General Hospital in Georgetown, Ohio. She was a homemaker and a member of the World Wide Church of God Christ Community Church in Mt. Carmel. Mrs. McCormick was born July 22, 1922, the daughter of the late Grace Watson Moon and Harold Moon. She is survived by her husband, William McCormick, of Mount Orab, Ohio; five sons, Mike McCormick Sr., Dale McCormick, and Daniel McCormick, all of Georgetown, Ohio, Kenneth McCormick of Sardinia, Ohio, and Rodger McCormick of Mount Orab, Ohio; one sister, Ruby Wilson of Williamsburg, Ohio; and one brother Gilbert Moon of Mount Orab, Ohio. Visitation was held Thursday, February 14th, 2002 at the Egbert Funeral Home in Mount Orab, Ohio. Funeral services were held Friday with Pastor George Hart officiating. Burial was in the New Harmony Cemetery. If desired, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association, Southwest Ohio Office, 8899 Brookside Avenue Suite. 102, West Chester, Ohio 45069.
