BAGGESEN. Leslie Leroy, 81, passed away March 17 at the Bradenton Manor in Bradenton, Fla. He was a retired carpenter. Moved to Bradenton 18 months ago. Was a former resident of Norwood Park in Chicago, Ill. and Miami, Fla. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Bradenton, Veteran of WWI, Past Organist of the Temple Baptist Church and Northshores Baptist Church in Chicago, Ill.
Beloved husband of Marion C. and his late wife, Julia Nilsson, dear father of June Knauss, Nancy Kruty and John F. all of Chicago and late son Thomas, Melbourne, Fla, brothers Walter W., Miami and later brother Francis, Miami, sister Mrs. Emma Bloom, Chicago, Ill, 16 granchildren and several great grandchildren. Funeral services will be Wednesday 11 A.M. at the Nelson Funeral Home 820 Talcott Rd at Cumberland, Park Ridge, Ill. Internment following in Irving Park Cemetery, Chicago. Visitation will be after 3 p.m. Tuesday at Nelson Funeral Home. (end)
