Glocester [sic Gloster], Miss., Sept. 17 — Funeral services for Mrs. Lucy Kennedy, 69, were held from the city Methodist church yesterday at 3 p.m. Mrs. Kennedy died at Field Memorial hospital earlier in the day following a week's illness.
The Rev. R. A. Allum conducted the services. He was assisted by the Rev. Phil Grice who is a grandson of Mrs. Kennedy and a lieutenant in the Army. The Rev. D. H. Bullard, Baptist minister, and the Rev. J. H. Harper, Presbyterian minister, also assisted.
Mrs. Kennedy is survived by Mrs. Frank Moore, a daughter, of Glocester [sic Gloster], two other daughters and two sons.
