The body will be at Brown Funeral Home in Gloster, Miss., where services will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in Roselawn [sic Roseland] Cemetery, Gloster.
Pallbearers will be his grandsons.
Survivors include a son, John Krause, Baton Rouge; two daughters, Mrs. J. E. Martin Sr., Natchez, Miss., and Mrs. Clyde Ashley, Baton Rouge; 12 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, five brothers, a sister and numerous nieces and nephews.
