James Bufford Adams "JB", 82, of Munith, Michigan, passed away November 24, 2022. He was born April 29, 1940 in Salyersville, Kentucky.
JB was a salt of the earth sort of man; he was a proud Kentuckian who held strong to his roots.
He worked tirelessly and dedicated many years of his life to his job before retiring from Stockbridge Manufacturing.
He was known for his feisty stubborn ways and at times was downright grumpy.
JB had an impressive collection of music, movies and CB radios; all of which he enjoyed dedicating his time to.
He loved Harley Davidson, but not as much as his wife Cindy.
JB's family would like to extend a special thank you to his granddaughter Danielle for helping with his daily care.
JB is preceded in death by his parents, Rex Adams and Martha Rowe; children, Timothy, Michelle; 1 grandchild; 1 great-grandchild; and sibling, Juanita. JB is survived by his wife of 37 years, Cindy Adams; children: Tony, Merlin, Tammy (Mike), Ricky (Heather), Shawn (Noreen), Connie, Rosie (Dan), Teresa, Martha, Elipio Jr. (Jennifer).; 42 grandchildren; 59 great-grandchildren; and siblings: Harold, Ronnie, Junior, and Audrey.
A service for JB will be held Thursday December 1, 2022 beginning at 1:00 PM at Vickers Leslie Funeral Home. Interment at Fitchburg Cemetery will take place directly following the service. The family will be receiving visitors one hour prior to the service, as well as Wednesday, November 30, 2022 from 5:00-7:00 PM at the funeral home.
