Mr. Carline died Thursday evening at 9:35 pm in the New Iberia Manor North Nursing Home at the age of 72. Mr. Carline was born July 19, 1936, in Bayou Benoit to Eveart Lewis and Elsie (Lehman) Carline, and was a resident of Bayou Chenier.
Mr. Carline was a retired boat skipper. He loved to fish, hunt and to raise dogs. Mr. Carline survived by 4 brothers, James Carline of Arneauville, Nathan Carline of Church Point, Calvin Carline of Houston, Tx., and Eveart Carline, Jr. of Dallas, Tx.; 5 sisters, Judy Carline of Gainsville, MO, Barbara Carline of Gueydan, Agnes Carline of Coteau, La., Goldie Case of New Iberia and Jane Boutte of St. Martinville, La.
