She is survived by her father, Les Tibbals of Luther, Ok; mother, Dianne Menard of Columbia, Maryland; 1 brother, Daniel Tibbals of Stillwater, Ok; grandparents, James and Sara Menard of Tustin, Cali; aunt and uncle, Barbara and Steve Monroe of OKC, Ok; 2 uncles, Lawrence Tibbals of Guthrie, Ok and Noel Tibbals of San Diego, Cali; and 4 cousins, Justin, Chris, James and Matthew Monroe.
Memorial services will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, October 17, 1994 at the First United Methodist Church, Edmond, Ok
