Minnie Marie Bonnell

MONON — Services for Minnie Marie Bonnell, 83,Rt. 1, Monticello, will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Stewart Funeral Home. She died Saturday at 10:34 p.m. at White County Memorial Hospital, Monticello.

Born April 25, 1899, in White County, she was the daughter of James and Sadie Neusbaum Boze. She was married to William Zeek, who preceded her in death. On Nov. 23, 1951, she was married to Caden Bonnell, who preceded her in death. She was a lifetime resident of White County.

Survivors are eight daughters, Edith Nicoll and Midge Mattix, both of Rt. 1, Monticello; Vivian Frushour, Rt. 6, Logansport; Marian Benson. Logansport; Alice Merriman and Mary Lou Ezra, both of Rt. 2, Winamac; and Erma Gene Day, Rt. 1, Star City; two sons, Orville Zeek, Royal Center; and Jack Zeek, Logansport; a half-brother, Monroe Boze, Indianapolis; 23 grandchildren, 22 great-grand-children and three great-great-grandchildren.

A daughter preceded her in death.

Pastor Frank Hicks will officiate at the service. Burial will be in Buffalo Cemetery. Friends may call after 4:30 p.m. today at the funeral home.
