Actress, Model, T.V. host and politician. She made her debut in 1956 on television in a vinegar advertisement. Her first break came when she hosted her own local television talk show, "Buenos Días Pinky" on Argentine's public television. Between 1960 and 1970 she hosted numerous other local talk shows. Some sources says Pinky was on air more than 30.000 hours. A couple of the most popular ones were "People Want to Know" and "Pinky and the News." Because of her popularity in Argentina, she became known as "Ms. Television" in Argentina. She was also a stage actress in several production like "Two Women," "The Vagina Monologues," and "The Prisoner of Second Avenue." She was awarded the Martín Fierro Award for Broadcasting Excellence in 2006. She had been married to actor and singer Raúl Lavié (1965-1974) with whom she had two sons.
