Services for Judy Mae Ragan Rogers will be held at 10a.m., Saturday, February 16, 2008, at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, Pollock with Reverend Joseph Odenwald officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Pollock.

Mrs. Rogers, 65, of Pollock, passed away Wednesday, February 13, 2008, in Rapides Regional Medical Center surrounded by her family.

She was a member of Berachah Church in Houston, Texas where she was a dedicated student of the Word of God and a faithful servant. Mrs. Rogers was an active member of the Central Louisiana Doll Club, a great cook.

She was preceded in death by her son, Daniel Joseph Droessler; parents, Walter Eldon and Esther Jeanne Trail Ragan.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Jack Rogers of Pollock; son, Robert David Droessler of Des Moines, Iowa; daughters Patricia Miann Kurth of Des Moines, Iowa and Kay Ann Schuler of Mesa, Arizona; stepsons, Jack C. Rogers, Jr. of Colorado Springs, Colorado, David C. Rogers of Atlanta, Georgia and Paul C. Rogers of Alexandria; brother, Garry Doyle Ragan of Asheboro, North Carolina; sisters, Coral Carlene Grimes of Haileyville, Alabama, Eldonna Marie Dean of Keller, Texas and Shelly Jeanne Price of Bossier City; four grandchildren, seven step grandchildren, three great grandchildren. Judy will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.

Pallbearers will be Robert Droessler, David Rogers, Paul Rogers, William Rogers, Troy Rogers, Richard Price and Shea Catteruccia. Honorary pallbearers will be Ron Dunn, Joe Ragan, Dee Morrow and Jerry Rogers.

Visitation will be Friday, February 15, 2008, at Hixson Brothers, Pineville, from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. until service time at the church.
