Aunt Ruth was special to me as I spent a lot of time with her and her husband Thomas Terry Belflower. Aunt Ruth left this world much too early for me as I didn't get to say good by to her. Aunt Ruth was born in Oklahoma Indian Territory on April 22, 1914. She passed away in Tulare, California on Nov. 18, 1983. She is the daughter of John Amburs Taber and Zina Isabell Harris Taber.
