Ophia Belle Rackley-Pendleton was a daughter of Solmon Carol Rackley and Dora Leon Carr-Rackley, that are buried at Nogo. Ophia passed away on April 4, 2011 and is listed at the Exeter District Cemetery, Exeter, Tulare County, California. This page is from The Pendleton Family of England and America and part of the Pendleton family history and collect of information and photos.
