She was born in Parkersburg, daughter of the late Herman and Elsie Miona Archer Martin. She was a member of the First Evangelical Church and a past member of the Civil Defense and the Civil Air Patrol. She and her husband owned and operated the Adams Esso service stations on Division Street and later on Broadway Avenue.
She is survived by one son, William Paul Adams of Ironton, Ohio; one brother, Stanley A. Martin of Vienna; one sister, Florine Wilson of Parkersburg; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Delbert Adams; one sister Cleon Martin.
Services will be 11 a.m. Monday at the Kimes Funeral Home in Parkersburg with the Rev. Floyd B. Hymer officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home 1-9 p.m. today.
