Blake Thomas Lee Hall,17, of Forrest died at 2:55 p.m. Thursday, February 14, 2008 at his residence in Forrest.

Funeral Services will be 10:00 am Monday, February 18, 2008 at the Apostolic Christian Church, Forrest with the ministers of the church officiating. Burial will be at Forrest Twp. Cemetery. Visitation will be 1:00 to 7:00 p.m. Sunday, February 17, 2008 at the Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Fairbury and 9:00 to 9:45a.m.Monday at the church.

Blake was born November 21, 1990 in Pontiac, Illinois the son of Donald L. and Barbara A. Kupferschmid Hall. They survive in Forrest.

Also surving are one sister, Shelby, three brotheers Dakota, Skyler, and Keegan Hall all at home in Forrest. His maternal grandparents,Dean and Robin Kupferschmid Forrest, paternal step grandmother Mary Hall of Mahomet, and maternal great grandmother Nettie Kupferschmid-Kyburg, Forrest.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents and maternal great grandparents

Blake was a member of the Forrest Apostolic Christian Church and currently a junior at Praririe Cental High School. He also belonged to the schools FFA Club. He was a lifelong hunter, and fisherman who enjoyed camping, hunting, and fishing. Blake touched and influenced so many lives over the last five years and will be sadly missed.

The family suggests memorials be given to Hunters Helping Hunters, Auburn, Ind; Apostolic Christian Church Alms Fund; or the American Cancer Society.
