Death of Mrs. Andrus..
The death of Mrs. William Andrus Monday afternoon caused a wave of sympathy to pass over our little city. She was well known, numbered her friends by scores. The funeral services occurred Tuesday morning at 11 o'clock. In the absence of the regular pastor, Rev. Musser conducted the services.
A large number of relatives and friends were present to extend sympathy and comfort to the bereaved ones. The interment was in the McLouth cemetery.
Obituary.
Iva Myrtle Andrus was born in Leavenworth county, in the year 1871; was married to Wm. B. Andrus, October 25, 1887. Three children blessed this union all of whom survive her [Rollie 12 years, Maud 8 years and Fred 5 years].
She professed a firm belief in her Saviour and died firm in her faith of Him.
The bereaved husband and three little ones have the sympathy of a host of friends.
