Our Mother left a legacy to our family that will live on forever. Her life was blessed by the presence of so many friends. Friends she left behind to help comfort our family. Each of you had such a special place in her heart and now she lives in our hearts forever.

For my dear mama, my love,my best friend, my Kathy,
"I dropped a tear in the ocean. The day someone finds it is the day I will stop missing you!

My dear mama taught me how to do everything;except how to live without her!

My mother loved her family, loved people, loved life, loved her church and loved her lord. She was always there when the church doors opened. Mama was a Christian mother of tremendous faith in the Lord. I still find scraps of papers which she had handwritten various scriptures, and prayers on. I know the Lord welcomed Mama into heaven with loving open arms.

My Angel

Mama...I was there when you crossed over,to the dying part of living, I held your hand and slowly watched you go.

Oh, I know you're some place better than what I can imagine, But I can't help the way I miss you so!!!

I would never be so selfish as to pray you back from heaven, So I could have you longer here with me.

So I'll cherish every memory cause it helps me to remember,
That where you are is where I'm gonna be.

Save a seat for me at the table beside you, and tell everyone I am on my way.

If I have to knock on every mansion door, walk miles of golden streets,Search among the million saints that rest at Jesus feet, I will run along the jasper walls, call your name upon the wind . . .
I will find you again . . .
I will find you again.

I hope someone can find a cure for this horrific silent killer disease!! This godly woman was full of life and energy, then all of a sudden BAM you only have 2 months to live... she didnt even make it a month....Something must be done now too many people are dying of this cancer because they say it is too hard to catch in the early stages....I am sure something can be done, we can do everything else!

I listen for your voice in the
sighs of the wind
I look for you in the garden
you tended with care
I listen for a message
in the birds' joyful song
I listen for your footsteps
in the shadows of night
I look for you in the smiles
of those who loved you
I searched lost and scared
Yes, I find you in everything.
You said you'll always be with me.
How could I forget to look inside my myself?
You are as close as my breath.
We cannot be apart. ~Karen Traymham

I thought of you with love today, but
that is nothing new. I thought about
you yesterday and days before that too.
I think of you in silence, I often speak
your name. All I have are memories and
your picture in a frame. Your memory is
my keepsake with which I'll never part.
God has you for his keeping. I have you
in my HEART.

My Rock -My Mom
Sometimes I catch myself
Thinking, "When I phone,
I can talk of this or that!"
Then remember, I'm alone.

She was always there
To answer my calls -
To listen to my "small talk"
Or when I climbed the walls.

At times, I didn't feel like talking
And somehow, she understood -
Didn't say she wished I'd call
Or make me feel like I should.

Now, I wish I would have
More times, to show I cared -
To say, just how important
Were, all those times we shared.

I could have shown my love
So much more than I did -
I never, did it enough
Even when I was a kid.

Now it's too late to do or say
All those things I wish I had -
No way to ease the pain inside
When my heart is sad.

She was my "anchor" to this life -
The "rock", that I clung to -
The place, where I could turn
When, nowhere else would do.
Now, the ravages of time
Have worn my "rock" away -
And all I have to cling to
Are memories of yesterday.
