Frank Hammond dies at home
CADIZ, Ky.----Frank Hammond, 68, Cadiz Rt. 4, died Monday at his home.
A retired farmer and a member of Liberty Point Baptist Church, Mr. Hammond was a native of Trigg County and the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Walter Hammond.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ida Belle (Guier) Hammond; two daughters, Mrs. J. C. (Bobbie) Thomas, Cadiz, and Mrs. Ann Thiel, New York, NY.; six sons, William Boyd Hammond, Paducah, Willard Hammond, Cerulean, Darrell Hammond, Douglas Hammond, Cecil Hammond and Aaron Hammond, all of Trigg County; three brothers, Eugene Hammond, Princeton, George Hammond and Mark Hammond, both of Cadiz; one sister, Mrs. Mary Ellen Doriot, Evansville, Ind., and 10 grandchildren.
Services woll be conducted Wednesday at 2 pm at Goodwin Funeral Home. The Revs. Clarence Wood and Wade Cunningham will officiate. Burial will be in Boyd Cemetery.
