Myna H. Castings, 92 of Rossville, GA went home to be with the Lord on Thursday December 15th, 2022.
Myna was born on June 4, 1930 in Chattanooga, TN to Jack and Lucille Higginbotham. She retired from Woods Christian Title Agency and the Mizpah Congregation. Myna volunteered many hours with Hutcheson Medical Center and the Candlelighters. She also volunteered at her church McFarland United Methodist where she was a longtime active member, serving in many capacities. Myna was also a member of the Rossville Business Women's Organization. She was very outgoing and active in the Rossville community. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Myna was preceded in death by her loving husband, William "Bill" A. Castings; parents, Jack and Lucille Higginbotham.
Survivors include her sons, William "Bill" A. Castings, Jr. (Cheryl) and Mark S. Castings (Vickie); sister, Jackie Arnold; grandchildren: Adam (Chelsey) Castings, Matt (Kim) Castings, Jeremy (La'Shawn) Castings, and Lauren (Matt) Enyart; great grandchildren: Christine, Elizabeth, Evelyn, Isaiah, Katherine, and Olivia.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 19th, 2022 at 2pm in the South Crest Chapel with Wayne Cook officiating. Interment will be held on Tuesday, December 20th, 2022 at 11am in the Forest Hills Cemetery.
