Daughter of Dr. Thomas and Hannah (Lambert) Cadwalader. Second wife of Philemon Dickinson, a first cousin, her late sister Mary's husband and US Senator from New Jersey in 1790-1793. Philemon Dickinson and the Cadwaladers were neighbors on Chestnut Street in Philadelphia before removing to Mercer County, NJ. Married on Sept. 1, 1804 in Philadelphia. No issue.
