Theodore Julius Speaker Jr. was born to Theodore Julius Speaker Sr. and Mena Benjamin Dyda Speaker on May 6 1940. He had a baby sister Billie Lee Speaker deceased at a few days of age in 1937 (a blue baby). Then his oldest brother Robert Lee Speaker (deceased May 22 1994) and a younger brother James Douglas Speaker (deceased August 12 2002) . Following James a sister Patricia Ann Speaker Bennett and Shirley Lucille Speaker Baer. He has an adopted daughter thru his first wife Ruth (Nancy) and his baby Mena Lucille Speaker died at a few days of age. Theodore (Ted) worked at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston Texas for over thirty years. He was married to Rosalie Ann Speaker (deceased 2012) for over 25 years and lived in Santa Fe. He retired from UTMB in 1998 to care for his wife Rosalie. He was diagnosed with Parkinsons disease when he was 70 and lived at home with care providers until 2017 when he had to be cared for in a care center. He expired after complications of inserting a g-tube for feeding was bleeding internally for 3 days and never recovered. He is sadly missed by his sisters Shirley and Patricia both of Santa Fe Texas.
