Blair, June 12 - Mrs. Rebecca Cornwell, wife of the late Dr. W. M. Cornwell, died at her home near Blairs Tuesday evening, June 9 at 3:30 o'clock. She had been in ill health for some time but only in bed a few weeks. She was originally from Columbia but had lived at the old home place since moving here from Mississippi several years ago. Mrs. Cornwell was well informed and a good conversationalist and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Her age was 70 years. She is
survived by the following children: Fred H. and Gussie Cornwell of Blairs, Mrs. Annie Wilkes of Lowryville and W. D. Cornwell of Indianapolis, Ind. Interment was at Ebenezer M. E. church.
