Mary L. Abey, 94, of Evansville, WI passed away on December 31, 2022 at The Heights at the Evansville Manor. Mary was born on January 18, 1928 in Milwaukee, WI to John and Gertrude (Greenberg) McDermott. After high school, she attended beauty college. She married Harold Abey Sr. on April 3, 1948. She enjoyed being a farm wife, working with Harold Sr. on their family farm, milking cows and doing fieldwork. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12 PM on Friday, January 6, 2023 at St. Paul's Catholic Church, Evansville. Burial will follow at Maple Hill Cemetery.
