Betty enjoyed baking and cooking. She loved music, especially country and gospel, fishing, and watching the Dallas Cowboys. Above all else, Betty cherished her family, everything she did revolved around them.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, John Wesley King; son, David King; and grandsons, Kyler King-Wilfred and Erwin LeBlanc, Jr.
A gathering of Mrs. King's family and friends will be 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 11, 2023, at Broussard's, 134 West Buccaneer Drive, Winnie. Her graveside service will follow at 3:00 p.m., at Fairview Cemetery, Winnie.
