He was a veteran of the Granada Conflict, serving in the United States Army.
Survivors include his wife Jackie, 2 children, Tonya and Tom, 5 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, 2 brothers, Kevin and Keith, and 2 sisters, Theresa and Sheila.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Diana Neff.
Visitation hours will be held on January 19 in Fisher Funeral Chapel.
