Jack is survived by his wife of 64 years, Faye Mullican, two sons, Kevin Mullican (Joanne), Kirk Mullican (Liz), one daughter, Karen Wilson (Alvin), one brother, John T. Mullican (Ann), five grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be Saturday, January 14, 2023 at 2:00PM at Shelton Funeral Home Chapel, burial will be at Burningtree Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 12:30PM to 2:00PM at the Funeral Home Chapel.
