Camille Lane Coffee, 57, of Lubbock passed away Friday, Feb. 22, 2008, at a Lubbock hospital after a brief illness.
Graveside service: 1:30 p.m. Saturday in City of Lubbock Cemetery. Viewing: 11 a.m. to noon Saturday at Franklin-Bartley Funeral Home in Lubbock.
Camille was born Jan. 27, 1951, in Lubbock to Wendell Coffee and the late Jeannie Nesmith Coffee. She graduated from Monterey High School. She attended Texas Tech, earning a bachelor's degree, and North Texas State University, earning a master's degree. She worked as a counselor for the Mescalero Indian Tribe in New Mexico. Camille was a very compassionate and loving friend.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Jeannie Coffee.
Survivors: Her father, Wendell and wife, LaUna Coffee, of Lubbock; siblings, Celia and husband, Mike Davis, of Lubbock, and their children, Jason and wife, Camie Davis, and Valerie Davis of Dallas, Mark Coffee and wife, Andrea, of Temple, and their children, Tristen and Harrison Coffee, and Charles Coffee and wife, Kristen, of Fort Worth and their children, Stephen and Caroline Coffee.
