Ms. Judith (Judy) Cook, 62 the daughter of Dolores J. Cook and the late Aaron O. Cook passed on Thursday, December 29, 2022 in the Piedmont-Newton Hospital in Covington GA. Visitation will be held on Friday, January 6, 2023 from 1:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. at Trice Funeral Home Chapel in Thomaston. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. in the Trice Funeral Home Chapel in Thomaston GA. Judy is survived by her mother, Dolores Cook and one sister, Antoinette (Toni) Smith. Trice Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements. Please keep the Cook family in prayer. Judy lived a fulfilled and happy life of joy from the care of her family. Judy lived with autism, and significant disabilities. She traveled, and even worked in programs such as STAR Choices, where she connected with peers and community members. Her life was rich and joyful, thanks in no small part to the dutiful service of extended family members and impeccable caregivers who worked with her daily. Judy had a special connection to her long serving care giver, Thelma Watson, who worked with Judy for over 35 years.
