Born apx 1821; son of Jacob (Rawls) Rall, Jr. & Elizabeth Gartman.

Married Nancy Ann Bernhard on December 2, 1847 in Henry Co., Georgia.

Two documented children: Walter T. Rawls, b. bef 15 Jul 1848 & Luther Whitfield Rawls, b. bef 2 May 1852. They were baptized at Mount Pilgrim Lutheran Church in Haralson, Coweta Co., Georgia.
