Child Actor. Adam Rich, the elder son of Rob and Francine Rich, resided in California for most of his life. He was best known for landing, at age eight, the role of Nicholas Bradford, youngest sibling on the family-oriented television series, "Eight Is Enough" (1977 to 1981). Consequently, Rich became known as "America's Little Brother." His character popularized the name "Nicholas" and the pageboy haircut. Rich later appeared in several other television series and commercials. He also performed voice work, such as the character "Presto," for the animation series "Dungeon & Dragons."
