Samuel then married Laura's sister, Jimmie Green Gay, probably the same year. I've found the marriage certificates for Samuel's first and third wives, but not Jimmie Green Gay. Jimmie was always referred to as "Jimmie Green", as was her granddaughter Jimmie Green Knight Futrell.
Jimmie Green had all nine of Samuel's children between 1881 and 1902. She died at the age of 41 years of tuberculosis.
She was buried on the family cemetery on the farm with her sister.
