She was born November 21, 1955 to Dominick and Verna Aiello in Concordville, Pennsylvania. She was a member of St. Thomas the Apostle Church, Glen Mills, PA.
She lived and worked at the family home and business King Kennels until 1997 before moving to southern Lancaster County working for BB Equine Services and becoming a Notary Public.
She attended Media Friends School, graduating from Garnet Valley Highschool in 1973, before attending Delaware County Community College and West Chester University for Audiology and Speech Pathology.
She was a member of the Concordville Fire and Protective Association as an EMT and Firefighter and later the Cochranville Fire Company where she was a EMT.
Kathy loved her dogs, horses and being with family attending Renaissance Festivals, Cowboy Reenactments and spending time at the camper in Gettysburg.
She is survived by husband David Arroyo, sister Beth Brown, children, Shelley (Matt) Murphy, Charles (Karen) Griffin, III, Verna "Toni" (Mike) Trainor, Nancy "Woo" (Robert) Gober, Jason (Jessica) Farley, Joanne "Bo" (Rueben) West, Dominick "DJ" (Sara) Griffin, Michael "Doodle" (Jacqueline) Arroyo and James "Bubba" (Gentry) Arroyo, grandchildren, Alexandria, Edward, Kimberly, Verna, Michael, David, Dominick, Cole, Brooke, Michela, Emilia, Cruz, William, and Maverick; as well as many others that have come into her life.
A Celebration of Life will be held for Kathy in late spring or early summer 2023.
