Mildred (Mili) I. Randall

Manitowoc - Mildred (Mili) I. Randall, age 86, peacefully passed away Tuesday, February 15, 2022, at her home in Manitowoc, WI.

Mili was born Mildred Heineck on January 31, 1936, in Chicago, IL, daughter of the late John and Evelyn (Enzenbacher) Heineck. She grew up in Stephenson, MI and following graduation from Stephenson High School, she enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and from which she was honorably discharged.

Over the years Mili worked for Pine Crest Historical Village, the Domestic Violence Center, the Hmong Community Center, and Goodwill Industries. A caring and loving Mother, Grandmother, and friend, she was an artist and a gardener who enjoyed music, reading, movies, cooking and baking.

Survivors include her six children: Cindy & Greg Winnekens, Andrea Randall & Shawn Dowell, Anita Perrino, Joe & Allison Castro, Jason Randall, Jarrod Randall & Carol Grimm; twelve grandchildren: Sophia & Mike LuMaye, Amanda & Derek Stebane, Jeremy & Haley Winnekens, Audrianna Maki, Steven Maki, Frank Perrino, Talia Perrino, Colton & Mariah Castro, Wyatt Castro, Summer Castro, Eric Randall, Ryan Randall (and little John Denver); seven great grandchildren: Lili, Serenity, Cole, Oliver, Oakley, Lewis, and Hazyl. Her best friend: Judy Pero, who was as a sister; as well as nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends survive.

She was preceded in death by her parents: John and Evelyn Heineck and one brother and sister-in-law: John & Mary Ann Heineck.

Private family funeral services and entombment were held at the Calvary Mausoleum Chapel, Manitowoc, with Military Honors.

The Pfeffer Funeral Home of Manitowoc assisted the family with arrangements.

The family would like to extend their heart felt gratitude to Judy Pero, Dr. Baatz and the staff of Holy Family Memorial Medical Center, and to the staff of Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice, for their wonderful help, care, and compassion shown to our mother and family.
