On Thursday morning, the 13th inst., at 8 o'clock, in Carrollton, La, Judge Benjamin C. Elliott, aged fifty-two years, a native of Charleston, S. C., and a resident of New Orleans for the last thirty-three years. His friends and acquaintances, and the Masonic Fraternity, are invited to attend his funeral, on Friday, the 14th Inst., at 4 o'clock, P. M., from the residence of his son-in-Iaw, N. Commandeur, in Carrollton, on Canal Avenue, opposite the Courthouse. He will be interred In the cemetery on Washington street, Fourth District, New Orleans.
