Louie liked to make people laugh, even in tough times. As a "people person" he always had a smile on his face and a funny story to tell. No matter what was going on, if Louie was in the crowd you could be sure you were going to laugh. The man never met a stranger. He became fast friends with almost anyone he met.
He is preceded in death by his parents Agnes and Timoteo Sandoval; sisters Theresa (Charles) Armstrong, Helen (Harl) Doty, and brothers Samuel Sandoval, Eddie (Theresa) Sandoval.
Louie is survived by sisters Irene Llamas and Cleo Mason; brothers Gilbert (Lora) Sandoval, Steven Sandoval, and Jose (Carmen) Sandoval; plus, several nieces, nephews, cousins, his good friend Melinda Hurt and all his friends.
