Lois was born May 3, 1930, on a farm near Huron, SD, the daughter of John and Hazel Hendershot Wirsching. They moved to Illinois when she was 18 months old, they lived in the rural Blackstone area. She went to Streator High School. She later married Vernon Becker on March 9, 1974, in Blackstone. She moved to the Toluca area and helped him farm and he died March 15, 1999.
Lois was a member of the Blackstone United Methodist Church. She worked at Paris Garter factory and later for the Decorating department in Owens, IL.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother Walter, one sister Vera Webb, one nephew Bill Webb, and one niece Penny Strickland.
Burial at St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, Toluca.
