Professional Football Player. Victor Panaccion played college football at Pennsylvania State University from 1926 to 1929, earning a starting role at tackle in 1927. "Tony," as he was called, was also the captain of the university's golf team. After graduating, he joined the Frankford Yellow Jackets of the National Football League in 1930. He appeared in four games, starting three of them. Panaccion later served in World War II as a lieutenant in the U.S. Navy and owned and operated Stearns Lumber Company in Lansdowne, Pennsylvania.
