Nicholas Clement Berardo, 51 years old, and a resident of Mahopac New York, passed away Thursday February 9th, 2023. He was born on September 25th, 1971. Nick graduated from Mahopac High school, and went on to attend Binghamton University.

After college, Nick explored many career paths, but always lived his life in service to others. While living in Boston he spent his time working with educators and students in many capacities. In everything he did, Nick sought to bring joy and happiness to the people in his life. Anyone who met him would describe him as loving, intelligent, and immensely creative. He had a curious spirit and a unique way of looking at the world. Nick's love of music led him to invent and patent a drum machine. He wrote, illustrated, and published an original story, Sumsin and Flower. Nick was a magnificent artist, and shared his beautiful creations with family and friends for many years.

A spiritual person at heart, Nick had a strong connection to many religions. He spent his life seeking to learn and grow through his exploration. Nick loved to travel and experience all that life had to offer. His adventures took him to many places including Spain, Amsterdam, and Alaska. Nick lived most recently in Hawaii, before returning to New York where he enjoyed spending time with his family.

Nick lived his life with love, kindness, and an open heart. He spread light and positivity to all that were lucky enough to know him. His family will honor his memory by doing the same. Nick is survived by his mother Doris, brother Greg (Heather), sister Valerie, Grandmother Lydia, and beloved nieces Olivia and Emma.
