Tommy suffered from many ailments due to a rare genetic mutation that left him completely disabled with no ability to speak. However, he would hum precious notes when he was happy – especially around lights, music and people who loved him. Tommy lived a life without sin but is now free from his disabled body.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, LaVer Walser Bentley and Bernice (Brooksby) and Ortho Christensen; uncle, Richard LaVer Bentley; aunt, Susan Christensen; and cousins: Vanessa Bentley, Leah Bartlett, Emma Burton, Emily Gubler, Aaron and Shane Christensen
Tommy is survived by his parents, Debbie (Christensen) and Anthony Earl Bentley; eight siblings: David Anthony, Allen Joseph, Julianna, Christena, Maria, Charles Walter, James Earl, and Samuel Ivins; his grandmother, Eva Elaine (Richardson) Bentley; and nieces and nephews: Jacob, Eliott, Summer, Vanessa, Savanna, Lora, Henry, Haven, and Roslyn.
Pallbearers were: David Bentley, Allen Bentley, James Bentley, Samuel Bentley, Travis Oldham, and Jeffery Whittington.
