Memorial services for Michael C. Allen, 42, a former Sheboygan man, who died March 28 in a traffic accident near Fort Collins, Colo., were held today at Goodrich Chapel, Fort Collins. . The body has been cremated.

Mr. Allen was born in Sheboygan May 21, 1938, a son of Clarence and Lydia Allen. He attended Sheboygan schools. He married Dianne Gottschalk in Sheboygan, June 3, 1960.

Mr. Allen was employed by Ted Kuck Co. here until moving to Fort Collins In 1974. Mr. Allen was a heating and refrigeration repairman for Estes Park Sheet Metal Co., Estes Park, Colo. He was a member of the Horsetooth Volunteer Fire Department.

Survivors are his wife; two sons, Greg Allen of Fort Collins and Seaman Recruit Tim Allen of the U.S. Navy at San Diego, Calif.; and one daughter, Susan Allen of Fort Collins. He was preceded In death by his parents.
