Visitation will be held at Spring Hill Funeral Home & Cemetery on Friday, February 24th from 9:30-10:45 am with a graveside service following immediately at 11 am.
Lynn was born November 30, 1959 in Winter Haven, Florida and adopted by Bert and Audrey Neidhammer. Lynn was a devout Christian woman and a lover of all people and animals. She studied marketing at Cumberland University and worked for Charter Senior Living of Hermitage as a Bakery Chef where she thoroughly enjoyed her role. She was constantly searching for new recipes to test for her residents and was famously known for her fudge pie. She was loved and appreciated by her coworkers and residents for her positive and giving demeanor. In her spare time, Lynn loved gardening and spending time with her family. She also loved singing and dancing to music, including some of her favorite artists, Janet Jackson and Whitney Houston. She brought joy to all she encountered and will forever be loved and missed.
She was preceded in death by both of her parents and son-in-law, Terry Wanthalangsy. She is survived by daughters Jessie Scruggs and Emily (Ryan) Speed, stepmother Gail Neidhammer, brother Dale Neidhammer, grandsons Jett Wanthalangsy, Nolan Speed and her "fur grandchildren" Nixon, Ari, and Andy.
Good people pass away; the Godly often die before their time. But no one seems to care or wonder why. No one seems to understand that God is protecting them from the evil to come. For those who follow Godly paths will rest in peace when they die.
-Isaiah 57:1-2, New Living translation
