Mrs. Thelma Fitzgerald
Mrs. Thelma M. Fitzgerald, 62, of the Sheridan Manor Apartments, South Empire Street, Wilkes-Barre, died Wednesday at 10:45 a.m. at Valley Crest Hospital following an illness. Born in Wilkes-Barre June 17, 1916, the former Thelma Garrison had been a life resident of this city.
A member of the Derr United Methodist, North Main Street, she is survived by her husband, Frank, and one sister, Mrs. John Scott, also of Wilkes-Barre.
Funeral services were held Friday from the Harold C. Snowdon Funeral Home, 64 N. Franklin St , Wilkes-Barre. Rev. Guy Burt officiated.
Interment was in Oaklawn Cemetery, Hanover Twp.
