Roy H. Wolfe, 85, of Cascilla, a retired farmer, died Saturday, Feb. 4, 2006 at Mississippi State Veterans Home in Oxford.
Mr. Wolfe was a United States World War II veteran. The funeral was held at 3 p.m. February 6, 2006 at Womble Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was in Magnolia Gardens Cemetery in Paynes.
Mr. Wolfe was preceded in death by his son, Tommy Joe Wolfe of Winona.
Survivors include his wife, Margie Barton Wolfe of Cascilla; sons, Wes Wolfe of Starkville and Rolph Wolfe of Cascilla; sister, Hettie Ruth Speir of Cascilla; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Local survivors include granddaughter Gwen Wolfe Neill and her husband Neill, and great-granddaughter Mary Autumn Neill all of Winona.
