Funeral services for Terry George, age 59, of Ogdensburg will be on Monday, February 3, 2014, at Frary Funeral Home at 11:00AM with Rev. F. James Shurtleff officiating. Calling hours will be held from 10:00AM until the time of the funeral on Monday. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetry in the spring. Mr. George passed away on Tuesday, January 29, 2014 at his private residence.

Terry is survived by a daughter, Nicole; a sister, Valerie, of Ogdensburg; two brothers, Philip, of Lisbon and Robert, of Ogdensburg; one niece and four nephews.

Terry was born in Ogdensburg, on October 2, 1954, the son of Philip and Lillian Garno George. He graduated from Ogdensburg Free Academy in 1972. He first went to work for McCadam Cheese, later at Grant's Department Store and then worked at Oscar's as a cook for many years.

Mr. George enjoyed bowling, drawing, woodworking, NASCAR, dirt track racing and Quick Draw.
