Harvey Wayne O'Quin, 66, of Baton Rouge, LA, passed away Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at Baton Rouge General Hospital, Bluebonnet. Wayne enjoyed drawing and painting, as well as doing little jobs around the house to make it a better home for his family. His favorite place to visit was Gatlinburg, TN, where he gained many great memories with his family. Wayne was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, son and brother and will be missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his loving wife, Gwen O'Quin; daughter, Michelle O'Quin; granddaughters, Shaianne Vaughan (Dylan), and Brianna Gehling; great-grandchildren, Kohen, Huxson, and Hayes Vaughan; mother, Patsy Strother; siblings, Wiley O'Quin, Shirley Bruce, Barbara Ritchie, and Brenda O'Quin. He was preceded in death by his father, James O'Quin and stepmother, Wilma.
