Beloved husband of the late Karen for 50 years; loving father of Cindy Kukich (Jeff), Sandy Gaukin (Jim), and Pam Nigro (Gene); like a father to his niece, Misty (Paul); devoted grandfather of Maigen, Jimmy, Mackenzie, Michael, Kristina (Justin), AnnaMarie (Dominic), Vincey, Luca, Lilly, Joey, Paulie, Brayden, Bella, and Ollie; great-grandfather of three; uncle and friend to many. Preceded in death by his parents, Anthony and Mary Nigro and his son, Joseph R. Nigro, Jr.
Joseph was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army National Guard. He was a union truck driver for 30 years. Joseph was a hard worker who always provided for his family. He once sold a prized gun collection to buy Christmas gifts for his children. He lived for Poker, guns, and motorcycles.
