He married Pearl Perkins in 1967 in Coffeyville but later divorced. He owned K Ray Contracting Service. Survivors include his son, Kenneth Tosh Jr. , two grandsons, one great-grandson, and his siblings, Clarence Tosh and Sharon Felton. He was preceded in death by his parents, his infant son, Keith R. Tosh, and his siblings, Martha McCurley, Steve Tosh, Jim Tosh, Johnny Tosh, Joe Tosh, and Charlie Tosh. Cremation has taken place. Inurnment will be in Fairview Cemetery in Coffeyville.
